This policy explains how Ambercore(“we”, “us”), based in Cyprus, collects and uses personal data when you visit this website or contact us. We are the data controller for that information. For any privacy question, email hello@ambercore.io.

What we collect

• When you use the contact form: your name, email address and the message you write.
• When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: your contact details and the content of your message.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) needed to serve and secure the site.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other sites.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

• To answer your enquiry and take steps at your request before any possible agreement — based on your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to you.
• To operate and secure the website — based on our legitimate interest in a working, safe service.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete it. You can ask us to erase it sooner at any time.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We use trusted service providers to run the site and communicate with you — for example our hosting provider (Vercel), our email provider, and WhatsApp (Meta) when you choose to message us there. These providers process data on our behalf and may store it outside the EU under appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.

Clinic clients

When we run Clinic OS for a clinic and handle patient data on the clinic’s behalf, we act as a data processor under a separate data processing agreement with that clinic. This website policy covers the website only.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to:

• access the personal data we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong, or complete it if incomplete;
• erase it, or restrict how we use it;
• receive it in a portable format, or object to our use of it;
• withdraw consent at any time, without affecting past processing.

To exercise any of these, email hello@ambercore.io. You also have the right to complain to the Cyprus supervisory authority, the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
